Seven years investing in our youth - Pasa Pret cu Rotaract 2020

ORANJESTAD – Within the context of the International Day of Children’s Rights, Pasa Pret Cu Rotaract held its seventh edition of the event with the theme of a virtual dance challenge. The top finalists and their families were then invited to the new drive-in theater free of charge. The event was a resounding success.
 
 
For this year’s edition of Pasa Pret cu Rotaract and considering the current Covid situation, the event was held in the form of a “virtual contest” through a social media campaign where participants were requested to submit their dance videos based on an in-house created "issafact" jingle.
 
After a vote from the public along with Rotaract, the top finalists and their families were invited to the new drive-in theater where they were able to enjoy a movie, food, and drinks all free of charge. Aside from this Rotaract also arranged to have a special price at the door for all families that also wanted to come and watch the movie The Croods together with us.
 
At the end of the event, prizes were handed out to the top 5 winners.

The Rotaract Club of Aruba has always invested in the children of Aruba. And, especially during these trying times, which has led to many families experiencing increased levels of stress and anxiety, it is of extreme importance to continue to support and assist the youth, where possible, as they represent the future of Aruba.
