The concept of Body, Mind, Soul. recognizes that all three aspects are interconnected and influence each other. The seminar emphasized the importance of addressing and nurturing each aspect to achieve overall well-being and balance in life. This concept is often used in various contexts, including personal development, wellness, spirituality, and self-care, to promote an approach to human health and well-being in the workforce.

Our annual Back 2 School project continues to be one of our most successful projects. Our members and volunteers prepare a day full of fun and educational activities for a selected group of children. Each year it is evident that the children enjoy this day to the fullest. This project usually takes place in August, prior to the start of the new school year. The goals of the project were to provide 30 kids with a back to school package. Basically prepare them for the coming school year and new challenges they are about to face as teenagers.

You Inc. is an annual event organized by the Rotaract Club of Aruba, the younger oriented group of professionals which was chartered in 1991 and is part of the well-established Rotary Club of Aruba. The focus is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance their leadership skills, address the needs of the community and to promote improved relations between all people through friendship and service.

Rotaract Club of Aruba is known for its annual “Un P’ami, Un P’e” project which was established in 2007. This year Celebrating its 12th edition.
Each year we help a different group in our community. This year it is geared to help the Children at Children Home Imeldahof. We collect goods from the community based on the needs of the group we are helping. This year we are collecting art & crafts items at Dyon Center.
The Goal of The Graduation Project is to assist the senior students of Filomena college Mavo and Abraham de Veer School with extra guidance during their final high school year.

As a way of helping our community during the holiday season we revamped our December project of helping the homeless by expanding to other areas of the community that needed our help. These activities relate to our Club theme, by bringing awareness to the needs of our community, our members are growing during the process and as well as being the inspiration by doing all of the below stated and by collaborating with our Sponsor Rotary Club and Interact Club we are definitely living up to the We R mantra.
Fifth edition of Pasa Pret cu Rotaract which is a Children's fair for all children in Aruba celebrating the international declaration of the Rights of the Child by the United Nations
We cleaned a 2km span of the coastline of Aruba, with 71 persons, brought awareness about marine life protection with the cleanup. Also awareness on the effects of plastic and non compostable items on the marine life. A 3 yard truck with trash was collected from this beach on this day.
